Cut Costs with a Credit of up to $7,500
Construction projects tend to rack up additional costs and fees, outside of obtaining financing and working with a contractor. For applications received in 2024 or 2025 and closed by February 28, 2026, we’re offering a credit of up to $7,500 that can be applied toward loan fees*.
*This credit only applies to loans in which at least $200,000 of the loan funds go toward the construction of a new structure. The credit amount will be determined and distributed as a lender credit of 1% of the loan amount, up to $7,500, not to exceed loan costs. This offer is subject to credit approval.
